Z Offset is too high

I have already printed over 40H with no issues , but today something is off:

The First layer is too high. I can see how the nozzle is not squishing the Filament anymore so it does not stick nor has a closed surface.
I already installed new Firmware, made an Upgrade, Reseted the whole printer etc.
Nothing works, i am out of ideas.

Any Help ?

The answer is probably "yes" anyway -- but did you check that the nozzle is clean? If some little piece of debris is stuck to it, the load cell will trigger too early while probing the bed distance.

RE: Z Offset is too high

Someone reported a couple of weeks ago that the cable and/or bowden tube put so much strain on the Nextruder that is caused the load cell to malfunction. That's another thing you might check -- maybe the "plumbing" above the Nextruder gets caught somewhere?

Also, if you are printing in the left back corner of the heatbed, in some Core Ones the rear part of the fan shroud hits the heatbed's cable cover before the nozzle hits the print sheet. That could also cause erroneous bed height readings.

Is the first layer deposited too high over the entire print area, or in specific regions only?

It is always too high, no matter where.
But i will check now for the bowden tube.

So i found the issue and maybe that helps with the same error :

I have printed a model in PLA, the second one failed already. It seems there was some filament stuck in the nozzle, so i heated up to 300 degrees and loaded ASA into the printer and cleaned the nozzle.
After that, everything went flawless.
So no PLA for me anymore 😀
