I chatted with support and it looks like I installed the x-axis timing pulley wrong. :( Apparently I installed it upside-down. The x-belt is toast. They're sending me a replacement.

Could you provide more detail like photos of how the belts are routed? Also, check that the X and Y axis motor pulleys are correctly set and oriented as here: Installing the X-axis pulley
