Wanted to add, for your next nozzle if you plan on printing abrasive filaments like CF, GF or glow-in-the-dark, pick up either an Obxidian or Diamondback nozzle. Don't bother with high flow for these. It's just gets in the way. I love the Diamondbacks but they are expensive. The upside is they never (in theory) wear out.

Yes, you can use a regular profile with a CHT nozzle, but not the other way around. The main difference is max volumetric flow.

You can print TPU with a CHT nozzle, it's just that TPU has to be printed slowly so a high flow nozzle offers no advantage and more importantly, TPU has a tendency to clog nozzles if you are not careful. Unclogging a CHT nozzle is not as easy unclogging a regular nozzle. For the CHT you have to do a cold pull to unclog it.

My advice is to pick up a “normal” flow nozzle for materials like TPU and if you plan to print anything with carbon or glass fiber, you will need a hardened nozzle for that. Also, for general purpose where I don’t care so much about detail (for example a purge bin) I’ll use either a 0.6 or 0.8mm nozzle.
