Thermistor failure?
I'm assuming I have a thermistor failure but have a few questions before I just order a new part.
Mid-print my printer red-screened with a thermistor error, which I neglected to take a photo of. On power one the hot end reads a temp of 176-180C while at room temperature. Also, the hot end does not heat at all if I set a temp of 230 or so, it's cool to the touch.
I haven't taken the heating cartridge off yet due to lack of time, but I assume it's most likely just a failed thermistor? Is this the correct item to order?

I might order two or three if they are prone to breaking. Is the hot end not warming up consistent with just a broken thermistor or should I order a heater component also?
Any trouble shooting suggestions before I blindly order parts? I don't see any wire breakage above the heater block, perhaps it's along the path or even a loose connection at the board. I will take the heater assembly off when I get an hour free.
Thanks.
