The extruder rotates in the wrong direction when the filament is to be loaded.
What i am doing wrong ?

What kind of Core One? Did you purchase assembled or is it a kit? Try running the filament sensor calibrations.

Hey its the assamble kit. I checked the wires and everything. The filament sensor calibration is running without problems. Its not the sensor, is it possible that the phases of the extruder motor were reversed? That would be my idea.

Hi,
i have the same issue. The Core One is from March 2025 and is factory assembled. It is not from the first series. I´m the second owner. The old owner hast in the past the same issue but found no solution. The Prusa Support chat give that to an technician. All cabels are original and no changes on the poles. The Motor is the original one. We have checked that with photos and videos in coworking with Prusa. I´m waiting for an solution and will be post that here.
greeting, Jan

Check that the side filament sensor works correctly. If the extruder sensor sees filament but the side sensor does not, the printer assumes that the filament in between needs to be ejected. Another approach is to disable the side sensor setting.

Well I can add to the list of things to check 🙂
do a factory reset of the printer and select hard reset.

Redo the calibration and do not skip the motor calibration (not saying you did).
Check the flow of the motor.
If it still continues, pop off the love board cover on the extruder, take a few photos of the cable connections and take the video you have here and contact support so they can go over things and go from there.
