Software won't let me load filament

I had to adjust my print head since it came off the rails and now when I try to go to Filament -> Load Filament nothing happens.  I can use the control knob to switch between different menus and some items like Settings -> Camera worked but nothing in the Filament nor any of the Calibration & Tests work.   Any ideas?

Need a lot more information. When you said "came off the rails" what does that mean? It fell off the linear rail? And when you said "nothing in the Filament nor Calibration & Test work" what do you mean? You cannot select them? Or you select them, run that function and nothing happens? Did you buy the printer preassembled or built it as a kit? Have you contacted Prusa support?

When I say it fell off the rails, I mean the print head was not following the x-axis rail.  In regards to nothing working I mean that I cannot select the items.  Pressing the control knob does nothing for those items.   I have not spoken with Prusa yet (or in my case Printed Solid)  in case someone here has run into the same issue and had a fix they could share.  BTW, it did come pre-assembled and I just got it back last week where they had to repair a different problem.

Can say for certain that this is the first time I've heard this happen. Did it work at all when you received it back from them? Sounds to me like they screwed up your repair. Either that or the printer got damaged in shipping.

I'm still not sure what you mean by: "the print head was not following the x-axis rail." with the printer turned off are you able to move the print head freely in all directions by hand? Perhaps some photos will help. Anyway, I would contact PrintedSolid and get this sorted.
