Side filament sensor not connected, check wiring.
I noticed that the filament sensors on my Core One+ stopped working. It seems like neither one is currently functional, but they just silently failed. However, if I go into settings and toggle them off, then back on, I get a message that says "Side filament sensor not connected, check wiring." This seems clear, but I don't see anything obviously wrong, and the printer has not undergone any recent changes. Is there a service guide or something for how to check this more thoroughly?

For anyone else finding this later, I ended up going to support. We checked connectivity on both ends of the sensor cabling. In "Info" it said "disconnected / 3", and it sounds like the filament sensor needs to be replaced.
