PSA: Never trust the Prusa Connect controls
This might be a rookie mistake, but also I didn't think it was possible to happen. In Prusa Connect, my printer said Z is at 275mm. So I set it to 10mm because that can help with the annoying faulty home calibration I found. Then I started my print but soon enough I heard a horrible noise. I ran to my printer (which is in a different room), the LCD said something about a crash detected, but the printer was still trying to move!! I hit the reset button but it was too late, my sheet had been damaged.
So yes, probably a rookie error and not checking if Z was actually at the position Prusa Connect told me it was. But also I would have assumed that all the sensors would make the printer stop if it's ramming into the bed.
