Hello,

 

This is the first time I've had to use Prusa's service. I didn't think that their help would be so slow. I've been trying to get help via email for a month. They reply after 2 or 3 days, unfortunately without succes

 

Is it just me who's unlucky, or is this norma

 

As much as I praise the MK3S, I regret buying the MK4

The quickest way to contact Prusa Support is by Chat - you will need the serial number of your printer.

They always have English speakers and Czech during normal business hours but there are staff able to speak many languages - which ones are on duty when you call is a gamble - but you can always start with: 'Hello, I do not speak English well, is there anyone available who can speak <Language>?'

And perhaps 'When will there be someone who speaks <Language> answering the chat?'
