Prusa Core one keeps building up blops
i am now printing for a couple of month, but I figured out, that everytime, i am printing larger models with longer straight lines on them, that I got a blob build up on the nozzle, that eventually sticks to the model and in worst case keeps damaging the model or blocking the print head which leads to a layer shift in the end.
I now printed a test model, i found on the prusa printable pages. The model came out fine so far. So printer and printing bed seem to be fine. But even on this print, i find a blob, sticking to the model.
I am only using Prusa PETG and the default PETG settings. Yesterday I tried to lower the printing temp to 230, but the print I am making a the moment failed again with sheared supports. The nozzle is the default brazz 0.4mm nozzle.
Do you have any more tipps, what settings I could change to avoid this material build up?

Hard to say without seeing the part on the print bed with everything you've printed together. Is that bed level test and those letters being printed at the same time?
My guess is some of those fine letters you are printing to the sheet aren't sticking well and accumulating on the nozzle and deposited on the part.
Regarding fine detail lifting off the sheet: a single finger print goes a long way. Soap and water wash of the print sheet can help adhesion. A drop of Dawn or Fairy dish detergent (plain unscented) with running hot water, use a paper towel to scrub, and a fresh paper towel to dry. Handle the sheet by the edges - ONLY by the edges - even when removing parts.
Don't use old sponges to wash or rags to dry, they usually have food residue and fabric softener products on them.
