Power issues
I have a brand new assembled Core One purchased from Printed Solid. I turned it off. Unplugged it. Plugged it back in and then there is no power. I checked the fuse and the fuse is good. It is the same cable and the same outlet I was using before. There is just no power.
If someone has seen this and has a solution besides waiting for Printed Solid's support I would greatly appreciate it. This is incredibly frustrating.

Have you tried a different mains cable? I had a bad one with my MK4 and had to replace it.

Either that or the power supply is faulty. If you have a multimeter can see if you measure 24VDC across the terminals

In the second image, the main switch is in the 'Off' position. Try turning it "On" position. 😀 😀

I wish it was that simple. I did some troubleshooting with support and I have a dead PSU. I am being sent a new one.
