As some prints where off today, I checked the belt tension and it was way to low (~70 Hz). So I tightened up the belts and tuned them back to 85 Hz. Now I have a strange noise which sounds like it comes from a loose screw or a bearing. It is really hard to locate.

Anyone has an idea or run into the same problem?

Thanks
