Hi. I bought four Prusa Core One printers, and one of them keeps failing during printing when I try to print a Benchy. The other three work fine. I've tried adjusting the gearbox and the two idler screws, but it hasn't helped. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed.

You did not tell us in which way the print failed. With all the filament spaghetti visible in your second picture, it seems that the extruder has continued to push filament and probably works as it should? (I assume you brushed that filament aside by hand before you took the photo.) Was there a large displacement in XY, so the printer continued to print in mid-air, away from the benchy's base?
Also, did you print the standard benchy from the USB stick, or did you slice it yourself?
