Just had a BSOD on my C1 + odd behaviour post reboot
I scanned the QR code, it sent me to some troubleshooting page, I followed the guide (reboot, go to settings>system>Save Crash Dump) but was told there is no crash dump to be saved.
Figured - all good, problem solved.
Unloaded my old filament, the bed lowered roughly half way.
Fed in my new filament bed lowered even further - down to ~20mm off the floor of the enclosure.
Told it which filament I was loading... bed crashed into floor of printer.
I'm running the latest stable firmware - 6.5.3
Are there any logs that can be pulled from the printer to be sent to Support?

And it crashed the bed again - print finished, unloaded filament (bed lowers) start feeding in new filament and bed lowers into base of chamber.

I think it is a known issue that the bed is lowered repeatedly during the filament loading/unloading process. Should be fully reproducible behavior, right?
Presumably the idea is to ensure clearance for the toolhead to move (to a position where the PTFE tube is relaxed). But it seems unnecessary to do this once the printer has homed and the XYZ positions are known. And it certainly seems unnecessary to do it more than once in a filament unloading/loading cycle.

I'm two-for-two so far, so yeah I'd call that somewhat repeatable. You're dead right though, after that first bed lower the bed height doesn't matter when changing filament.
