Idler door too tight!
Ok this is weird…I got a clog on my Core One so I replaced the HF nozzle with another original HF nozzle. When I tried to close the idler (extruder) door, it wouldn’t clip in…it was so loose it would simply fall open. Finally I had to sort of pry the latch on top to get the springs to compress and give me enough space to latch the door closed. I simply can’t understand what changed considering all I did was swap nozzles…so what dumb thing did I do?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Are you trying to close the idler door with filament loaded? There shouldn't be filament present when closing the door.
