How can I disable the exhaust fans for specific prints?
When printing some designs with square flat bottoms in PLA the corners will warp and curl up. I have found that printing with a warmer enclosure temperature prevents this warping and produces a nice flat bottom. For these print I would like to disable the exhaust fans to allow for a higher chamber temperature. Is there a way to do this?

You can adjust chamber temperature in PrusaSlicer filament settings (in expert mode).

To add to that:
You can set the nominal and minimum temperature. I didn't play around much, but from M current knowledge:
Minimum temperature will make the printer wait for it to be reached and then disable the fans, as long as you're below it.
Nominal temperature works like a maximum. The printer starts at whatever temperature it has. If the chamber temperature is below the nominal temp, the fans will stop. If the chamber becomes hotter, than the nominal temp, the fans will ramp up until the chamber is back to nominal temp.
For PLA, which only "needs" the higher chamber temp against warping after a few layers, I only set the nominal temp to something like 28°C. It's mostly reached before the first layer is completed.
Beware though: I navigated to settings - > User Interface - > Footer and enabled the Heatbreak Temperature. When that goes close or above 40°C, you might start hearing clicking noises from the extruder gears, skipping on the too soft filament. And when it's not just a single click here and there, open the door immediately! Otherwise you're risking a clogged nozzle and these HF nozzles aren't fun to unclog!
As long as no clicking happens, everything is fine and you can go higher with the nominal temp, if still experiencing warping.
