Gaps Between Layers

I'm hoping someone can help me diagnose this issue. I've begun to get gaps between layers with my Core One Conversion Kit. The gaps are random placed. I've tried different slicer settings, reducing speed, etc, but the errors are still there.

I've been printing with this Core One for about 2 months, with no layer gaps (some other issues, though). Right now, the filament sensors are disabled as I was having the error where the filament would just randomly unload during a print (I've ordered replacement filament sensors and I'm going to replace both sensors). I recently disassembled the nextruder to clean the planetary gears, clean out dust and plastic fragments, and clean and re-lube the gears. After reassembly there were no issuses with print quality, that was about 2 weeks ago. The gaps started yesterday.

I re-ran XYZ calibration, adjusted the belt tuning to match the tuner app, used different filament, different nozzles, and different bed sheets, but I still get the same errors.

My next step will be to disassemble the nextruder again, as the sensors arrived this week, as well as the side filament sensor /bowden tube housing assembly, install the new sensors, check the nextruder for trash, etc.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or had a suggestion to fix it.
