First few layer issues

So my Core One decided to have an issue.

First i noticed ~2-3 weeks ago that printing with 0.25mm nozzle, gaps are appearing.
Now it manifested badly and it happens with every other nozzle.

So, what i did so far:
-Disassembled then reassembled the Nextruder(replaced the extruder motor)
-Checked the tension screws, removed the PTFE tube and fed it directly
-Replaced the nozzle
-Used other filaments, tried with 3 different manufacturer(Prusament, Polymaker, Sunlu)
-Re-flashed the firmware and then factory reset the whole printer(also the slicer)
-Checked the gantry and Z for loose screws, none found.
-(Just to be sure) Checked the belts and pulleys, plastic parts for any deformation or cracks.

Yesterday, i had some time to continue the hunt and it seems the first layer gets squished way too much and thats why the second layer cannot "corner" and layers after the first one have gaps, because the first layer is way too low.
Used the "live adjust" and increasing it to +20-25 made it much more tolerable quality.

Is it possible that my loadcell malfunctioning/dead?
Any suggestions are welcome.

I see no obvious signs that the layer is too low.  Please flip over one of the failed sheets and show us the underside.

Try slowing the first layer; use about 75% speed for the first try.

And you told us the manufacturer but which polymer is this?

Cheerio,

RE: First few layer issues

Hello.

I'll print with it again when i get home, so you can see it better.
It's much more noticable on 0.4mm nozzle, that the first layers are wrinkly(filament bulging up).
I tried slowing down by 50%, no changes in the result.

It's PLA.
I have the magnetic top, so i tried to print with different setups(removed top, removed top and door opened, fully closed with vents open and fans to 60-70%).

This printer isn't new, i was in the Batch 1 KIT shipping, i already used about 70-90 rolls of filament so far without any issues.
It's started doing this ~2 weeks ago.
(also i'm not new to this at all, i had an MK4 before(and Ender 3 V2-s before that) which i used ~600 rolls of filament)

It's just strange that either the first layer is too squished down(i can see signs like the elephant foot)
or
it has some gaps at the walls.
Also, no matter the outcome with the first layer, the second layer is always seems to be too high as it cannot corner properly and the connection between the wall and the bottom layer have space (not even small gaps, ~1mm space)
