I will check them and reseat the motor conntector ... <br /><br />I don't think the PS is an issue though. The CoreOne has one power supply and this is monitored. I Assume that a voltage drop large enough to mess with the extruder motor would have had other effects before. The X/Y/Z motors seem to work absolutely normal as well. No missed steps there.<br /><br />I will check and come back with the news later on.</p><p> </p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have my CoreOnce since October last year. I use it with the standard 0.4mm high flow nozzle and beside user errors it worked great.</p><p>Recently I saw "nozzle cloggings" in a way that mid print extrusion stopped and the printer was printing "air". After cleaning the nozzle (cleaning filament &amp; cold pull) everyting seemd fine ... There was no serious debris visible ... and everything looked clean afterwards. Also the extrusion was comming out straight. With some dirt in the nozzle you usually can see it extruding in a weird angle or spiraling ... But everthing looked perfect.</p><p>But it happenend again and again ... more and more frequently. I am now in a situation that I can't finish any prints except tiny ones with a couple of minutes print time.</p><ul><li>I tried different Filaments from different vendors and different materials (PLA &amp; PETG)</li><li>I changed the nozzle to a brand new original Prusa supplied high flow nozzle</li></ul><p>The problem continues to occur. I am out of ideas. </p><p>What also seems strange to me is the stuck filament itself doesn't show any grinding where the transport should grab ... that's the usual appearance when the filament is really stuck.</p><p>The sound during printing when no filament is moving is similar to a extruder missing steps, but very very faint ... not pock...pock...pock ... more like tig..tig..tig ... I tried to record the sound, but the moving head is by far oversounding the extruder sound.</p><p>Looks my extruder is lacking power ... but a broken motor would hehave weak all the time, won't it?</p><p>Any ideas?</p>]]></content:encoded>
