Extruder knocking sound? Prints otherwise fine

I really like my Core One, the prints come out fine - there's one 3 hours prints I haven't managed to finish yet, and I suspect heat creep. At around 84% last time I tried, the printer was just moving around with no filament being extruded. I suspect heat creep might have been the issue, as my room is around 29 degrees C and 60% humidity, and I had the door closed (but vents open). I took a picture of the filament that was stuck on the top of the extruder and it looked like a heat break...? Not sure

But twice now I had to open the idler and remove stuck filament, one of the times it was clicking around a lot before I realized what it was. But anyway, since then I've tried shorter prints and today I notice the extruder is making a persistent clicking noise now (video link here too):

I got the printer 5 days ago... I love it, but it does seem to have a number of issues, minor ones sure - since the prints come out fine _when they finish_. Is this a known issue for anyone else? Will the clicking get worse? Can I fix it by opening the idler door and letting it roll until maybe some debris is visible that I can clean?

Any pointers welcome, I really want to love this printer and not be afraid that it'll survive past the 60 day return window.

Figured it out - after removing the extruder cover and examining it (it was fine) the only thing left to check was the idler, so I removed it and sure enough after opening up the halves there was a piece of PLA inside that must have been rolling against the idler's inner wall. Like I said, the prints were fine but the noise was annoying. All fixed now!
