Error = Flow::mm3_per_mm[]produced negative flow. WHAT???

I am getting this error message in Prusa Slicer

Flow::mm3_per_mm[] produced negative flow. Did you set some extrusion width too small?

Settings =

.05mm Detail

Generic PLA

Prusa CORE One 0.25 mnozzle

Supports everywhere

Infill: 15%

What can I do? The printer grays out and I can not load the files g code.

This issue has been reported multiple times on the PS github.  It will be one of the settings in your profiles, usually configured as a percentage value.  That percentage will be based on some other value and when that value is altered the percentage is too small and so it throws an error.

If you can zip up your actual problematic project file and attach it here someone can take a look and identify the specific setting for you probably.

Alternatively you can take a look through the github issues and find the setting yourself once you are clued up as to the common causes.

https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/13429
https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/6422

etc

Its usually easiest to set extrusion widths to absolute values as it avoids all these problems.

Did you zip it up ?  As no file is attached.  It has to be zipped or the forum will silently drop it.

When I load in your project and slice I don't get the error.  It gives me a warning about needing support due to the unsupported perimeters but no flow error.

As I don't have a Core One installed it temporarily installs the profiles on opening the project and then applies your modifications to the base profiles.  On the print profile it says there's only modifications to First Layer expansion, Branch Diameter with double walls and a travel speed short distance set to zero.
All the extrusion widths are set values and not percentages which is where I would expect the issue to lie usually.

There's also changes to the filament profiles cooling to Uniform cooling instead of the default Consistent surface but that wouldnt cause a flow error anyway.

Your first post say you have supports set to Everywhere but the project attached has Generate Support Material Unticked so no supports are generated (hence the warning on slicing).  Also the profile loaded is 0.07mm Detail @COREONE 0.25 not the 0.05 detail profile.  Something is not adding up.

I'm wondering if you have something wrong with your base profiles.  The config profiles installed on mine are V2.3.7 and I'm running PS2.9.3

I have deleted the Prusa Slicer from the MAC and then reinstalled. The settings I am trying are with the "Everywhere" option. As one o fhe other post said it only occurs when supports are active. I'm 80 but very active with the three Prusa printers I have. I don't understand why yesterday I p[rinted with no0 problems under the same settings but today I can't get the software to work.

One other response said he reset the "Max Layer Height" under Printer Settings. I can not find any setting for Max Layer Height Limit.

I'm at a loss at this point.
