I removed the handle. The tape was then ripped. I need to print a plastic scrapper to remove it completely. I have double sided tape in stock to stick the handle back.

It won't cost anybody.

I may contact the support for them to improve their assembly process.

Who knows what problems a replacement unit might have? Noisy operation, pronounced VFAs, skewed gantry, unreliable Z homing etc. have each been reported by multiple users. All of these affect reliability and/or print quality, and are much more difficult to troubleshoot than a bent door.
