Core One door started squeaking
I built my Core One from a conversion kit in August. Just last week the door hinges started squeaking. The corners of the hinges are square but slightly rounded and designed (I think) to rub against the metal frame to act as a kind of detent for the 0 degree, 90 degree and 110+ degree positions. Inspecting closely, I could see accumulation of plastic dust in these spots. I used some spray superlube on a cotton tip applicator and eventually a little squirt directly on the bearing surfaces. It solved the problem, but I suspect the lube will need to be replenished frequently.

I just used the Prusa grease that came with the printer.

For what it is worth, I too used the Prusa grease when my hinges started making noise around the 300 hour mark. I now have over 2500 hours on the printer and have not yet needed to re-lubricate the hinges.
