RE: Core One crash/restart
The first Scan they could not reproduce te error, i did have a old version of the power cable.
I'm Hoping they find it with the extensive testing.

Thanks for update! Interesting what will it be..
On my side I suspected it might be the main cable since only the big prints were problematic and some of small ones were performed either fine or with drastically less reboots during print, also got printer to reboot while moving the main cable, support agreed and replacement is en route.
As of 10 beeps, support told me that number of beeps by itself should not mean anything and doesn't help in diagnosis.
RE: Core One crash/restart
I am having the same issues.
Happened several times but today was different, after 8 beeps and a restart it got immediately into another error with constant beeping. Display stated “puppy error” #31522 error code. Had to do a hard reset and was not able to resume the print.
I do also have noise and vibration issues as stated in another post here.
anyone else having this combination of problems and/or had the puppy error?
thanks!

We might have same issue. I think one time out of many many reboots I saw the issue that puppy was not detected.

No luck... hoping for @dave-adriaanssen's repair to find out what is the issue sooner than later, otherwise I will have to return my core one kit assembled printer and now actually consider other machine
RE: Core One crash/restart
I am having the same issue with mine. Goes dark and beeps, then reboots. Trying to work with support but so far all we have is it is not a power strip causing it and it is not the door sensor.
RE: Core One crash/restart
I'm having the same issue and Prusa don't seem to know what the actual cause is. Support just keeps asking for random troubleshooting in the hope that something fixes it. Very frustrating, because as it's not an isolated incident, surely there must be a common cause that they should have found by now?
Anyone else have any luck getting this sorted?
RE: Core One crash/restart
I thought I'd fixed the issue on mine when I checked all wires and found something slightly loose on the LCD, but after another round of successful prints it did it again. My current suspicion is a nozzle clog or something along those lines...it looks like the nozzle temp may have dropped right before it did it this last time. But please update here if anyone finds anything!
RE: Core One crash/restart
Just chatted with support and they're going to send me a new main board since there is no record of power failures on the printer. I also found both nozzles I've used to be clogged. So I can't say if that has anything to do with anything but it might be worth checking.
