Consistent Squeaks

On my second spool with the Core One and the machine has developed a consistent 'squeak' while printing, checked forum and the sound is similar but different to some previous examples of vibration (unresolved / awaiting phase stepping??).

Apologies + gratitude if there is a simple belt tension like fix / first Core-XY machine and it's all feeling new again.

It might be worth bringing your first maintenance session forward: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/regular-printer-maintenance-core-one_829710

Pay particular attention to lubrication.

RE: Consistent Squeaks

It's hard to tell from a recording, but to me this sounds like some kind of motor (coil) resonance. Not something I have heard when using the Trinamic stepper drivers; it's somewhat common with cheaper driver chips. Maybe this is the effect of some slight asymmetry in one of the motors, in which case calibrated phase stepping could hopefully mitigate it (once that gets enabled in a future firmware).

If that is indeed the cause, I would not expect mechanical maintenance (lubrication, belt tension check etc.) to help much with it. But it can't hurt to check these anyway!
