Completed my conversion, but didn't update firmware, what are my options?
I just completed my conversion, but like the idiot I am, I did not update the firmware as I thought I was on the latest (I wasn't) What are my options?
I was able to start a MK4 flash and it updated it at least partially; But now it says hardware error and won't try flashing the core one firmware.
Is there any way to A) Rewire it temporarily so it thinks it is a MK4 again and flash to the latest
or
B) I have a ST-Link V2 flasher, is this an option?

If it were me, I'd disconnect anything that isn't MK4 related. So it's just the xBuddy board and nothing Core One specific, and then I'd try again.

I think someone disconnected the door sensor and was able to update.
