Belt Tensioning and Tuning New Build

I just built the machine a week or so ago and got it somewhere close but just can't get a grip on this part of the process.

Has anyone put together a PDF or Video that walks you through the whole process? I've read the Adjusting belt tension article on Prusa web page under printer troubleshooting. But some say use your phone to tune the belts and some say it don't work. I don't understand what the frequency setup in the belt tuning wizard and how to use it. I was wondering if anyone has done a video that covers this subject and what problems might come up and how to fix them. Any help would be great.

RE:

Ok, this is going to sound like a dumb question, but have you tried the tuning section in the prusa app yet?
Yes for some there was problems with the app, but opening the tuning page up directly on their phone and activating their microphone on the phone for it was a work around.

On CORE One, the ideal target frequency range is a maximum of 98 Hz for the upper belt and a minimum of 90 Hz for the lower belt.

BUT there is a video showing the stereoscope tuning that removes the need for the app all together so you can tune the belt directly off the machine. You just have to make sure you are on the latest firmware version, and the steps are shown here.
