Another Issue: Bed seems not to be leveled / back Left Corner is too high

Now i wanted to use the full Bed size to print something and it seems my bed is off:

The back Left Corner is too high, so the printer "smears" (Nozzle is to low and scratches over the surface)

Any hints how i can fix this problem ?

Best

I had something similar happen when the plate was caught on a thread of the alignment pins in the back. Re-seating the plate fixed that issue for me.
