Anyone tried this with PC Blend yet? also what are TPU results like.
PC blend I have to use the Satin sheet and add brims and even then it curls up something rotten on larger prints if it does not detach first!.
Normal people believe that if it is not broke, do not fix it. Engineers believe that if it is not broke, it does not have enough features yet.

I'm doing a large Nylon blend shortly. I can give PC-CF a try but don't really want to print anything large since the filament is really hard to come by recently.

I bought one of these plates specifically to run TPU without glue stick, and it works fantastic in that regard. Haven't had occasion to print anything else on it yet. I have some PCCF which I used with glue stick on a factory satin sheet, the fibers really help keep it flat. At some point I will try the PCCF on the glacier too.

This plate is sorcery/witchcraft. Everything I throw at has a perfect first layer, it sticks and doesn't warp off the plate and I don't have to keep cleaning it like I do the satin plate. And (after factoring in shipping) it's $30 cheaper than the Prusa satin plate.
I'm doing a PA6 print right now of a simple box that usually only sticks to the Prusa PA plate (or satin with a lot of glue). I'm using a bare plate that I haven't even cleaned and it's sticking like a champ.

Yeah I just got one and I been impressed so far. There is one print I still want to try and see how it goes as I had issues with warping on my satin sheet.

None of these prints were with a glue stick. All my Prusa plates are being retired.

The only issue I’ve run into is when you have a print tower… sometimes you do have to use glue on the plate to make sure the print tower doesn’t fall over on larger prints. Specifically when you’re doing multiple colors… (in this case it was PETG)
I’ve pretty much printed all of the stuff that you’ve mentioned with the exception of the nylons, which I’ve been looking for an excuse to make something in nylon Kevlar… but nothing has come up and it’s way too expensive just to screw around with.

I think I like your’s better. The one out there now sets the pad too far in the -Y direction. I can only use the back half of the pad, otherwise the gantry will slam into the front stop during the wipe cycle.

Had the same problem with the satin plate. I did a multi-material/multicolor print (PC-CF and PETG) and the purge tower wouldn't stick to the plate. Not going to try it again until the INDX is released and I'm not interested in the MMU.

I saw your comment on Printables, will create a right hand version after work. Need to be careful that the heat block doesn't intersect with it when the purge line is created.

I'm working on a project where I'm having the university high-res scan in Beretta stocks so that we can prototype them without nuking trees, then recycle the printed stocks. Once the firearm is fit to the olympic shotgunner, we can use a duplicator to make the finished (e.g. insanely expensive) stock for the competitor... or the final synthetic stock.
I've been consider a few different wood fiber embedded products to see how well they stain, etc. The real challenge is the mechanical strength of the printed variants. The final versions can be spun up using a 5 axis wood milling machine, etc., or done more or less by hand.
