By the time I got the courage and training to start my first print one week later, I had already read all about this thread, and bought the Cryogrip Pro Glacier plate
on Amazon.
It was the first plate I printed with.  Over the last six months, I have printed a lot of things with both PLA and PETG, and have not yet cleaned the plate.   I just use
a scraper that I printed with PLA to pry off any bits of PLA or PETG from the initial purge line, or to pry loose my print if bending is not enough.
This plate works SO well for me, I am not sure I see any point in unwrapping my Prusa plates.   Prusa should license the Cryogrip Pro Glacier and include it in the box with the printer.

I just managed to weld some ASA to my first one and removed some of the blue stuff with my caveman approach to removing the part.
Normally, ASA is my nemesis because it wont stick... today it's my nemesis because it wont let go.

Still very happy with these sheets, damage is only on one side and this sheet has taken a proper hammering over the last 6-9 months...and still got 2 brand new ones ready to step in wen the time comes..

Yep, large ASA parts likes to weld themselves to the sheet. But then these sheets (for me) are dirt cheap and I can get a new one delivered next day. 

For ASA and PC prints, I use a G10 plate instead.

First I tried a quick wash with IPA. 

It says right on the build plate, and also on a leaflet I got with the sheet, to absolutely not use IPA when cleaning the Biqu Frostbite sheet. Apparently it breaks down the surface. So perhaps you managed to ruin your sheet when you first washed it with IPA.

In fact, cleaning it with water I noticed that the surface was quite hydrophobic; soapy water drops wouldn't stick to it at all, unlike ordinary PEI smooth plates.

I purchased it at Big Tree Tech store on Ali-Express and they have reimbursed me already, so no harm done other than disappointment.
