RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I’m a bit frustrated because I’ve been waiting to receive my Prusa 3D printer after purchasing it in February along with the advanced filtration system. I’d originally planned to buy a 3D printer in March 2024. After doing lots of research, I decided on the Prusa MK4S, but then waited for Black Friday to make the purchase. When the Prusa CORE One was announced, I chose to hold off and get that instead.
Now, two weeks into March 2025, they have my money, but I still don’t have my printer. While I understand delays can happen, I feel left in the dark about when I’ll actually receive my order. It would help if there was clearer communication or updates from Prusa to manage expectations.
Under no circumstances am I trying to diminish Prusa or their products—I know their quality is excellent—but this waiting process has been tough.

OK folks, listen up!
At the moment the plan is still to start shipping the CoreONE kits before the end of this month (March) and continue through April, etc. As further, more precise information becomes available we'll let you know... don't despair!
RE:
Wouldn't it save us all a lot of grief and effort to put information like this in the "Up To Date Shipping Information" page that we're referred to all the time...?
Just sayin...

It's OK, ideas are being looked into.

I appreciate the update. Thank you!

I feel that start should be emphesised as many still seem to think that means shipping will be completed in March.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
You are right, I've updated my post. The dispatching should hopefully begin before end of March but not be completed in March. As I said more information should be available soon. It's a bit of a balancing act to be honest. If Prusa say "Batch XZY will begin dispatching week commencing 123, then if something causes a hold up people will start to panic and the actual staff doing the packing and dispatching won't have time to update websites or forums. I'm sure everyone would rather they got on with getting the printers shipped than doing site updates. I will keep trying to update you guys as and when I can get any information... We moderators are for the most part not at Prusa HQ so can't just stick our heads in an office door and ask "which batch this week Jo?".

Still question how to check in witch batch is your kit order?

Thank you for the additional detail. It should actually not be your job as a forum moderator to disseminate shipping information. The thing I struggle with is that the official Prusa website has multiple mechanisms to provide shipping information, either publicly or to individuals:
The product page in the online shop, the Shipping Information page in the knowledge base, and every customer's individual order page. There must be people at Prusa who's actual job it is to update that information?!

I'll pass along that it's not easy to find out...
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I hate to push back, but it takes 5 minutes to update a site. They spend more time than that chatting with ill-informed customers, for certain.....

RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Thank you again!
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I'll see what I can do, please just have a bit of patience, I know it's hard, especially when you spent a lot of money on something, but think of it this way the end of March is getting nearer and nearer so it won't be long now and people should start to receive their big boxes of fun!!
Has everyone prepped ready to go yet? Cleaned that work area? Got or ordered some filament? Convinced work/school that you REALLY need that week off...?
Do you know what you are planning to print first? Fun things? Work things? Printer mods?
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I actually just talked to a Prusa chat agent a few days ago, and he said that info for kits - batch is currently only for pre-assembled CORE Ones.
Below is a screen-shot of the chat transcript.

Thank you for your reply to settle many worries.
Hoping for news, any news, just to work out where we all land in the mechanism of fortune will be a relief 😅
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I think this has always been the case.
But to have your transcript from an agent is 'nice' to have.
It's hard for everyone to just speculate what's going on and as such, people get confused, worry and throw out theories as to what's what. I speculated that with the announcement that all assembled batches would ship 'before' kits, the current lead times based on what people have received for assembled units, puts the kits well behind. This is, once again, assuming that the kits would not ship simultaneously, of that we don't know, maybe they will. But that seems to be contrary to what Prusa have announced. Imagine No.1 in the queue for kits gets there kit before batch 10 of an assembled unit? That goes against what they've stated. Again, not to bang the same drum, but any information, good or bad would be nice so everyone knows where they stand.
