Id be upset with Prusa if I thought they were shipping camera orders singly when people with lets be honest, 1200 quid orders are waiting for orders placed a month earlier than yours because of the same camera.
meanwhile Bambu have some deep discounts.
I think I'm also going to be pinged for 20% tax when the printer hits the UK, can anyone confirm this is true?
Correct on the VAT, Prusa can’t take the VAT payment for goods over £100 (might be wrong on that figure) but I certainly had to pay my VAT to DHL before delivery.
this was made obvious at time of purchase though.

send an email asking for a delivery date. I did that and magically, the next day it was shipped. DHL were nicely efficient in asking me for the VAT too. so mine will be with me mid next week.

Wow. I saw you ordered it at the beginning of June. It looks like they kept their promise about a 4-5 week shipping time in your case (after a reminder, of course). The question is whether it depends on the destination country or something else.
I ordered mine on 16.06 and so far I've only had one delivery delay of one day, from 21.07-27.07. Delivery to Poland, I'm waiting patiently 😉

Congratulations, but this is what I don’t understand- I have exactly the same order, ordered on 3/16- so why is your order two weeks later than mine shipping, while mine is not?

Mine was finally moved to in progress and I have a DHL notification that they expect it to be received by Tuesday. (USA, DHL, Kit, Camera, Filter, Filament & Accelerometer order from March 4th.) I hope that the ones that ordered before me have theirs by now, but it appears I'm out of the queue at least.

I ordered mine (in Finland, the kit alone) on 24/05, and it's supposed to ship next week. They had said 3-4 weeks lead time at the time. We'll see.

This is just pathetic. So much for Prusa's good reputation. At least own it and publicly acknowledge what the issues are and what's being done to resolve them. Silence is not the way to go, and neither is delaying the ETA daily for over a month.

I ordered my kit on 22/5, and got the notification the kit was shipped yesterday (11/7). I got the DPD tracking number, but so far that number is not known by DPD. They possibly have not received the package yet. I suspect the package will really be shipped on monday. After waiting for more than a 1 1/2 month a few day's won't be such a problem. I hope I will get a notification when the delivery takes place though...
I feel sorry for those people that are waiting far longer than I have done, I hope you will get your delivery soon too!

Hello dear community,
I wanted to briefly share my experience with the Core One conversion kit with you so far:
I ordered my kit on February 9th and finally received it at the beginning of last week. The packaging is really high-quality – the individual parts are clearly labeled and organized in separate bags. Combined with PRUSA's usual excellent assembly instructions, the assembly was absolutely doable. It took me about three evenings.
The printer is now running, but there are still minor issues: An X or Y axis error appears about every third or fourth print. I suspect this is related to the belt tension – I'll have to readjust that.
What I didn't know before (and which surprised me a bit): It takes quite a while before printing starts. First, the printer moves to the zero position, then a calibration takes place (which is actually supposed to make it quieter). But especially the "heat absorption" process for PETG takes a rather long time at around 7.5 minutes – that feels like an eternity when you just want to print something "quickly."
Despite my joy about receiving the printer, I would also like to voice some criticism:
The way PRUSA handled its pre-order customers remains a disgrace.
Months of waiting – over five months in my case – despite immediate payment simply doesn't feel fair. In retrospect, the whole thing unfortunately seems like an unwanted crowdfunding effort, where we customers had to pay upfront without any clarity about the delivery date.

Customer service couldn't give me an ETA on my order (placed March 12th).
I was told
"unfortunately the combination of add-ons such as filtration and camera makes the shipping time unpredictable"
I find this a bit ridiculous considering these are both available to purchase, with the camera only having a lead time of 3-5 days.
In regards to simply canceling my order and re-ordering items seperately, I was also told
"no, it's better to leave everything as it is and wait"

Well, I just ordered a Bambu P1S Combo Unit from Best Buy just now. Will arrive this FRIDAY, for $699 INCLUDING the 4 color AMS unit, FREE SHIPPING, no tariff.
I haven't canceled the Prusa order YET, but if the Bambu works well after I receive it on Friday, I'm out.

Hi gang - here's my "journey" to date:
May 26th- ordered CoreOne Kit ($949 USD), along with accelerometer and filter. Initial shipping window July 5-11th using DHL for $140.32USD
Saw forums about filter and accelerometer causing backorder issues, separated out the shipping for the CoreOne Kit from the peripherals.
After a few shuffles back and forth, shipping window shifts to July 13-19th.
Shipping for CoreOne begins on 14 July, estimated arrival 21 July.
17 July, CoreOne leaves EU, I am contacted by DHL for $154.41 levies, with breakdown below.
$1.31 Regulatory Charges
$136.10 Import/Export Duties
$17.00 Duty Tax Processing.
Looks like everything is set for a 21 July delivery. I am staying home from work that day, so I am doing a signature delivery, in case there are damages to the box.
