As you know, I was (am) in the same batch as you (13). I placed my reservation one day later, so as expected, my estimated delivery date was pushed back another day today. My only hope is that this process is managed by an automated system that works in batches. Someone mentioned that their printer from batch 12 is now out for delivery — so we should be next.
I am very certain it works as you said and that the schedule simply moves forward as long as the internal batch isnt completed. My other but unlikely theory is that Prusa ran into a shortage and we are waiting for a missing part.
My date was pushed as well by another day.
Soon or later we will get our hands on our kits and proudly run our Benchy on it. Hopefully.

Meanwhile the 'delayed queue' keeps moving … in the wrong direction.
Estimate didn't update yesterday, but instead today it jumped by 3 days into the future…
So basically the outside view is that the shipping is stuck at a fixed number of days in the near future. At this point I wonder if they have some sort of supply problem again that's holding things up, like they ran out of cameras or something and their supplier hasn't delivered a new batch yet. As clearly the kits themselves are moving…

Just contacted support for this delaying issue.
Turns out that they are indeed experiencing material shortages, which result in delays for the kit.
Unfortunately, they couldn't give any more information at this moment.
Let's hope that those issues are resolved soon

What material shortages might affect the kit but not the pre-built units? Cardboard boxes? 🙄

Hmm, the kit? We've seen kits ship out reasonably consistently based on the replies here.
I was more expecting the camera being the hold up. Well, we'll wait and see, because that's what we do… 🙃

Well I only ordered the kit and some accessories which were all in stock so I don’t get it why other kits are sent out and mine is not even started yet, but stuck in status “New”.

I ordered on 14-05, and I was initially in the batch for shipping this week.
I ordered the kit, camera and some material that were in stock.
A few days ago I noticed they changed to a delivery window, no longer the badges. Initially, it said mid of July, then I got the mail about the delay and the voucher, I checked again, and it said mid of June. A day later, it was the beginning of July again.
Today I checked, and it says Expected to ship between 7/14/2025 and 7/20/2025
Kind of frustrating tbh, especially when I see people that ordered later than me getting theirs shipped already, or have a date earlier.

Its not only for pre-order. I ordered a bare kit 2 weeks ago (when there was 2-3 weeks delays) and my shipping date keeps getting pushed back by a day almost everyday.
I hope these shortages will get resolved soon. I had a lot of fun by building my Mk1 and updating to a MK2, I m eager to build this Core One.

Status seems to only move from "New" to shipping once the items are on the way out the door. Very little time between New to shipped
Depending on when you ordered the camera or filtration unit, it doesn't look to be the bottle neck anymore. Ordered them separately as I assumed they'd be the ones to slow down the kit shipping. But I have both sitting at home now since yesterday but still waiting on the kit 🤣. It was meant ship end of this week when I was given a batch date, but current estimate is "Expected to ship between 6/21/2025 and 6/27/2025". That's been moving back and forth as others have noted. Has never gone into July so fingers crossed.
Their estimation system is interesting, for the accessories I met the estimated date and then for 2 weeks it moved forward by 1 day everyday. If I was to guess they run their supply chain to the wire leaving very little room for delays in onsite productions or delivery of components.

Data point:
Batch 11 kit w/ textured plate add-on + satin build plate shipped to Southern California. Shipping info created May 29, actual hand-off to Fedex was June 2 + email notification. Kit with textured plate shipped on June 2, satin plate shipped on June 3. Satin plate arrived June 6, kit arrived today (June 11).
Kit arrived late (was scheduled to arrive on June 6) due to being stuck in Belgium for a while then another 1-day delay in Oakland after customs. Apparently if you paid for Fedex economy shipping, your package arrival depends on available space on the cargo planes, so in case anyone is wondering why their shipment is not moving, that may be why. The Belgium hub is apparently notorious for delays. You may have to bug them about it.
If you are in the US and want to use the live chat feature to talk to someone, I would suggest using the UK customer service portal, spamming the virtual assistant with gibberish until it asks if you would like to connect to a representative. The bot will ask for contact information before putting you on a queue, which is relatively short and quick. Only caveat is that you likely will need to wait until UK business hours for live chat to become available.

I am pretty happy with the Two Core Ones I have. Don't get me wrong, I like my X1C, Kobra S1, and Elegoo Centauri Carbon. I use them each nearly everyday, but prefer the simplicity of Prusa.
I too am upset with delays, but ti is not the end of the world. I will wait for number 3 and 4 patiently.

Except for my ender, I really appreciate every printer I own.

Have MMU3 in separate order. After 14 days no estimation whatsoever. But seems that there is possibility that those 2 orders arrive around same time. Core One kit ordered on 9th February. Current estimation 13-19 June (+3 day jump today). Can't wait.

The estimate on my order moves up by one day every day, it keeps being "3 days from now". As a said, I predict it will ship mid-July, this moving window ETA is currently just funny. It might change to be infuriating a few weeks from now.

I'd be happy to receive it at the end of my current estimate, which also moves up a day every day. Latest is now the 21st of July. The perfect time because I'll have some time to build it and spend time on it with the kids.
The thing that irritates me is that it seems to be different every day. I basically have no idea when it will come.

Interesting, for once the shipping guesstimate gets closer, now it's 2025-06-17 – 2025-06-23. Was 20 / 26.
