RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List

Ok, FedEx opens at 8:00 a.m. and DHL opens at 8:00 a.m.

We still have a couple of hours. I think they will ship by 8:30

Ever the optimist! 😉

I will consider it a win if we see any movement before close-of-business in Prague today: Some shipping notices, published build instructions, or a firmware 6.3.1.

Yes You´re right. First of all must be build instruction published on their web and AFTER that wil be kit send. By my meaning we have to wait 1 or 2 months more.

I don't think so. Otherwise there wouldn't have been a recent announcement on social media that the kits would start shipping in March.

As a man who lives and dies by the grace of 'I'll have it to you by close of business today' I'll extend that courtesy to josef lol.

The March date was confirmed for me by support from Prusi, as I posted a transcript of my conversation with her here last time, but I'm quite skeptical. And I already have a vision that on Wednesday, April 2nd, Mr. Big-Mouthed Josef will come up with some excuse about objective difficulties that made it impossible for him to fulfill his publicly given promise. It can't be tomorrow, everyone would consider that an April Fool's joke. But I would like to be wrong in my vision!

Not sure if it's been confirmed that batches will be used, but, having an item that has a longer lead time than your printer in your order means your order will only ship when that item is available. So, in a nutshell, if you have a Buddy cam or filtration system (like me) in your order, this will likely delay the dispatch. Some people have noted that, cancelling longer lead time items from their order didn't affect their order, but going by the whole process, I'm not confident Prusa had a handle on every single order, but I could be 100% wrong.

Fingers crossed, by the end of today it would be nice to have batch numbers for our orders, I'd like to see if me cancelling my filtration changes the status of my order when this happens though.

RE:

This is not important at all. What is important is what appears in the completed order when you look at its details in your order overview. And there it currently appears that "Shipping starts: TBA".

I've been spoiling my local DHL guy rotten. Compliments, cookies, feet massage... Whole nine yards. How have you fellas been laying the land so your printer doesn't have any unexpected bumps or goes missing?

Unexpectedly, the answer is not 42 but 63. 😎

Did you order very early (first couple of minutes on the 31st), such that your kit could be the 63rd  getting shipped? Has anyone else seen movement on their ship dates yet? Mine is still "TBA", for a 17:07 order.

As expected for myself as a bit late to the pre-order party on 3/2/25, no movement on mine.

Anyway, next weekend the weather forecast brings great weather with 22 degrees and sunshine.
Who wants to sit inside and assemble a printer? 😎 😭
