I ordered the Prusa Core One Kit on February 22nd. Why is there no date known for the core one kit. I wondered and asked the question via a chat. Unfortunately they could not give any information.

As I explained the exact date that the kits are due to dispatch is not known yet, but is still on course to start before the last day of March, so within the next 9 days, all being well.

Youtube translates some titles automatically by themselves (they also have terribly translated closed captions) - the translations are subpar to put it mildly.

Amazon also automatically translates product descriptions with equally terrible outcome.

Both those companies can probably do better but for some reason choose not to

(Mental image of Jo Prusa personally, and ritually, handing over the first three Core One kits at the DHL night desk, on March 31st, half an hour before midnight...)

Just wanted to say thanks everyone for the information and entertainment over the past week or so. Checking this thread has become a daily habit. I've appreciate the insight from moderators and those who have a behind the scenes view. This is my first Prusa printer and I'm moving up from an Ender 3 Pro. My buddies have highly recommended Prusa andbecause of that I wanted to invest in something that can last for a while and be upgraded.

I'll be (im)patiently waiting for my shipment notification! Can't wait to get started printing! Cheers all!

Didn't notice that before, hopefully the building manual will be available soon. I'll have to wait for my turn, no problem, but can start virtually building the core one once the instructions are online 🙂

I second what Blysis wrote, reading this thread daily over the last weeks made me feel part of the eagerly awaiting community already, thanks guys!

I mentioned this a week or two back. The kits are ready to ship. Its just the assembly instructions that are being polished.

Just curious.  Are you involved in the production of those instructions?  If so, get off the forum and get back to work!!  All kidding aside, I’ve seen a few of your videos.  If the instructions turn out to be even half as good, they’ll be great!  👍🏻

Just noticed my order went from shipping:March to shipping:TBA. 

No idea if that means anything, not a complaint, just itchy like everyone else!

Dude, exactly my position.  I can honestly say that I am as excited to build it as I am to use it... 
I ordered mine like mid-Feb.  Hopefully it gets here sometime before October 😂

I had at some point in mid-February I ordered on 31.01. I am curious and very excited😁

My Order (Kit+BuddyCam) stated "Shipping: TBA" from the beginning. And (sad but true) it's still correct...

Update: Aaaaaaaaahhhhh... there are News regarding the BuddyCam... 11-12 Weeks! If i just cancel the Cam, will that move my Order to the bottom of the list?

The 11 - 12 weeks are certainly only for new orders. Your existing order should not be affected by the long delivery time.

I'm in a similar boat with ordering the advanced filtration, which was noted as delaying my kit. It'll come when it comes, but it will be nice to see that TBA turn into a date 😅

As of now, Core One kits are still on target for shipping towards the end of this month. 

Naturally, adding additional components also depends upon availability of those parts, so could delay your kit order (they will be sent in the one delivery), so only add items that are available if you can (if you want your kit asap)
