If you still have the original MK4 3D printer, we will also offer a bundle that will contain both the MK4S upgrade and the CORE One Conversion Kit – it’s necessary to have the “S” upgrade parts as they are used during the assembly of the CORE One.

Just asked their support staff about the MK4 to CORE One kit - they have no knowledge about that and are not willing to share any details, either. Seems like there's no intention to plan on releasing a direct upgrade from MK4 to CORE One, yet...

March 6th - Ordered Core One kit (with camera)
July 8th - Delivered (yay!)
July 15th - Received US tariff bill for $128.32 USD

So far the CoreOne kit assembly is going well (only needed to re-tap one hole on the heat bed carriage, but it's possible that it was due to user error).

While I was anxious for my turn, I appreciate the work that Prusa does, and believe they are doing their best to meet the demand for their products.

I might be no fan of the tariff I wasn't expecting to pay a few months ago, but I don't think it's Prusa's responsibility to address.

I will be happily finishing assembly this weekend, and simply waiting for the groans from people that made the decision to welcome in this era last November.

I feel like after griping I should mention that my CoreOne Kit (ordered February 13 2025) shipped today. Fingers crossed that it gets here before the tariff hits...

mine has just been pushed back...YET AGAIN - ordered 17 February.

This is getting ridiculous. Guys, give a pessimistic delivery date and then positively surprise. changing & pushing back deleivery dates all the time really alienates.

Does anyone for Prusa read this and speak to the fulfilment guys? At this rate it will be delivered when i am on holiday. Bought with the expectation of beginning of May now we are estimating mid July. 😡

I commented on my understanding of the situation in the kit waiting list thread recently

While switching away from the batch system might somewhat improve aspects, their "estimate" "algorithm" is currently causing a huge amount of grief (I also was on the receiving end of it). It's in the same class as software installer progress bars and Microsoft file copying aka "Microsoft Minutes'. 🙄
Especially how it's somehow "optimistic" and then has to push back dates all the time.

I ordered a kit 3rd March as a birthday present for my son. I also check on a daily basis now and the date slips daily , currently 23-29 June (funny as 23,24,25 already gone). I have received only 1 email 25th May apologising for the delay and assuring me it would be shipped in the next two weeks. Meanwhile 4 weeks later still no dispatch. My son's birthday has come and gone. I would have appreciated an email notifying of a change in delivery. Not the most difficult task to setup these days. I have not contacted customer services as I am sure they will roll out the usual feeble excuses. Prusa you can do better.

The same with my order. I feel like i ordered a russian Lada, for which you had to wait years.
Every fresh startup company can handle that more professional.

I ordered in February, and now I'm seeing a day-to-day slip. I log in and check the status every day, and the shipping window has slipped out by one more day. According to the current info, it will ship some time between yesterday and this coming Friday. It's been doing this since early June. As a US resident, it's excruciating because if it slips much further, I'll be on the hook for a 50% tariff bill, which I did not factor into my decision to buy the CoreOne.

My shipping date (ordered June 3th) keeps on being delayed… From what was a 2-3 weeks waiting time is now more than 6 weeks already, in 2 weeks time.

Customer Support attributes this to “material shortage”, but I’ve not received any official communication via email about the delay.

Yes they change almost from day to day: Mine 24/06/2025 et 30/06/2025. Two days later than a week ago.

At least we are informed by the Prusa team.
