How long can it sit in `Shipment information received` on DHL, been stuck there since yesterday?

How long can it sit in `Shipment information received` on DHL, been stuck there since yesterday?

Until Prusa's mailing team actually provides the physical package for pickup, and DHL next comes by the Prusa factory to pick up shipments. Might be e.g. in the afternoon every weekday. The shipment information is probably prepared and submitted to DHL by a separate office team before the shipment guys actually do their thing. So it can easily be two days in total.

Just got the expected delivery date from DHL an hour ago, had sat in `Shipment information received` since last night. Arriving tomorrow so its still bang on time with the 1-2 day delivery I'd gone with. Excited....

Customer service wait is 32 minutes. I'm guessing all the batch 2 orders like mine are checking what's up. 

Day 1 of batch 3, no contact at all regarding my batch 2 order and no updates that I can tell in public channels either.

I'm getting anxious here. The little information I was given seems to have not been true.

Mine has been sitting 30 km from me in the Fedex depot since 07:00 AM.......

And of course nobody is home tomorrow. Great stuff.

100% blaming Fedex for first being a day late and then not delivering on the next day either...

Fun fact, I did receive a Fedex package from Prusa today...... with filament (separate order altogether)

Well I m in Batch 2 (nov 22nd) and nothing today. Checked in with support and they told me it should ship this week !  Time will tell and now trying to find someone to be at house when delivered. PITA 😩🤦‍♂️

Talked to support and confirmed my order is at least on track for this week but nothing more fine grained than that. 

I did have the presence of mind to ask and they ship before 18:30 their time daily so I at least know when to stop obsessing over updates on a given day.

I have had major problems with FedEx in the UK. twice I had to send complaint emails as they would claimed to have attempted to deliver the parcel and stated I was not in. On one occasion I was stood at the door when they claimed to have attempted to delver the parcel in the end it took 5 days to get the parcel from the original stated delivery date.

I am in batch 3, and my expected shipment date was yesterday. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates. The most frustrating part is that I live only four hours by car from Prusa Labs.
