Recent Prusament PETG spools seems to tangle easily
This is the third brand new spool of Prusament PETG that I've had to watch on my C1 because of tangles. I basically have had to switch to Overture and don't trust Prusament. Too many failed prints. I came home 1hr into a 2hr print to this (actually this is after I untangled it and it's still a mess). I can't trust these spools. The worst is the cardboard insert where for my high temp filaments I have to use m4-63 screws to hold the spool together or the glue melts in the dryer and the spool comes apart. Why would they put PP or PA filament on a spool that can't handle the drying temperature without a hack?

Now I'm curious... I just had a spool of Siraya Tech PPA tangle on me as well in the same way. I'm printing this out of a dry box. I don't know. If the spool is restricted laterally could this be the cause of tangles?

Same issue with PLA spool
That particular tangle is clearly your fault - it's physically impossible to cross turns like that when spooling.
Keep hold of the free end when loading.
