Reboot upon opening door after filament change

I possibly ran into a small bug, firmware 6.3.0+10073, caused by the Core One door open sensor: Printjob was active, ran out of filament and I added new filament. All OK so far. I hit continue after it asked if color was ok. The print job started to resume, however there still was this long leftover filament string hanging in the nozzle. So while the print head started moving I opened the door as I quickly wanted to remove this leftover stuff. Immediately upon opening the door all lights went out and the printer performed a reboot. After this, the job continued, however it was missing a bit of the print. (It was printing a surface, so it finally had a 10mm gap.)

Otherwise no problems so far.  I love this printer! Great product.

RE:

I believe this error has been reported by others and Prusa are working on a fix, which will come in a firmware update 😉

Does the error still happen if you turn off the door switch/sensor?

Ah, good to know that this is a known issue.

I could not find any option for the door sensor in the settings menu on the printer itself. How can I turn off this option? G-code?

Yes it's a known bug. And one of the first things I did on my C1 was to turn off the door sensor. I want to be able to open it any time I want to check on nozzle or print.
