Really angry: PRUSA just moved my shipment from batch 3 to batch 6
Dear all,
Prusa's communication and costumer services getting me more angry and disappointed every minute
A few weeks ago my CoreOne Upgrade - ordered at day one - was given with week of Batch 3 Week 22.5
Today they changed it to batch 6 week of 23.6.
This change has come without notification or explanation
Has this happend to you , too?
Currently I am loosing my faith in this company and really thinking of selling my MK4s and canceling my order.

The 'Up to date shipping information' page has an explanation. I don't really understand the explanation, but that's another matter.

Why can't Prusa contact the costumers and inform them directly. this should not be this complicated.
Actually this whole matter is awfully handled by PRUSA,

Prusa should really get their processes and internal software tools in order. The amount of time they must be wasting on manually building and publishing batch tables, pacifying customers via the various support channels, figuring out which accessories to reserve or not reserve for which orders... Not to mention the massive loss of customer goodwill and trust.
I get it that designing and building a printer and making it robust in mass production or customer kit-building is a difficult task -- so I can kind of understand why they don't get it right immediately. But managing an order and shipping queue, and sending automated update mails to customers?! Come on, Prusa. You can figure that out.

Yes, but this table is only some sort of shit, cause it explain -in fact -nothing, and you cannot believe in its data.

Do not take the shipping table and estimated shipping dates to seriously right now. They changed my conversion kit order yesterday from Batch 1 to Batch 5, estimated shipping 21 June. Yet it shipped yesterday at 21:45 and is with Fedex now.

Yes, it was valuable, because apparently he didn’t know that this issue had already been addressed starting around page 20 of the thread. My comment, unlike yours, wasn’t intended negatively.

In the interest of bridging language barriers, "Your post is pointless" has an implied meaning of "You have wasted my time in making this post as there is no sense in making it and it is annoying." Another way of saying what you meant more positively is "This has been addressed in another thread if you want to take a look"
