Question regarding delivery

I have one question regarding delivery.

Two days ago i ordered an core one+ kit, in the Shop it Shows "delivery Starts on 27th" yesterday i looked again, there it is now "one to two weeks"

Anybody of you got sended his order out already ?

I own an small print farm, i need more Machines, Till now i run only bambu x1cs and in Addition one prusa xl, but the bambu x1c is not available anymore and due to the better print Results and yeah - the better company i Planned switch to prusa.

The core one+ Was meant to be the first of some additional machines to assemble and test in my small company and should be one out of 20 more, if all works fine.

But there is bit dissapointing point - when i order something, and Reader there delivery Starts on 27, and one day later after payment you read one to two weeks - yeah, it is weird.

Sorry for my bad english it is not my native langsamer, with best regards, michael

RE: Question regarding delivery

I ordered a Core One+ Kit 5 days ago. In the shop showed "delivery starts on 27th", as you pointed, but in the order the date changed to "shipped on 21 december to 27 december", a month later!

Now it changed again and there is no date. Just a link to https://help.prusa3d.com/article/shipping-information_2297

RE: Question regarding delivery

A week back I ordered the upgrade kit and the shipping date was sometime in December, maybe even January. I'm in no hurry to break my working Core One, the upgrade requires 6.4.0 firmware, so when I get it isn't critical to me.

Yeah same at my side. It is really not an fair move, and it makes me really thinking about if prusa is the right company to count on.... in Business surroundings correct delivery dates can be crucial.

RE:

@Defence1 -- I don't see a contradiction. "Shipping starts Nov 27" meant that Prusa was not ready to ship any Core One + kits at that time. They were probably waiting for some parts to come in, expecting them by the 27th. Shipments would then begin on the 27th, in the sequence of orders received. It did not state that "if you order now, your printer will ship on the 27th".

Now the status has changed to "Lead time 1 to 2 weeks". That means that they are actively shipping products now, and the backlog of pending orders is 1 to 2 weeks.

It would have been nice if Prusa had made their "Nov 27th" message clearer, by giving an estimate for the backlog time in addition to the expected start date. But I don't think there was any change to the planned schedule.

@Marino-2, did you order a complete printer kit (which is what the OP is referring to), or the little upgrade kit to turn an "old" Core One into a + model? A December ship date for the complete kit would indeed be inconsistent with Prusa's other messaging.

RE: Question regarding delivery

I bougth a complete Core One+ kit.

I'm not complaining about the shipping date. I understand they must have had a huge number of orders with Black Friday, Formnext, and the INDX announcement.

I was simply trying to provide additional information that shipments might be taking longer than the 1-2 weeks they indicate.

If there's one thing I think could be improved, it's providing an estimated shipping date. I'll wait however long it takes, but I understand that for others, the wait might be too long.

RE: Question regarding delivery

I'm wishing that I had noticed that there was the CORE One+ Ultimate Edition Kit, when I instead got the CORE One+ kit Advanced Filtration BUNDLE. What I ended up ordering is fairly similar to the contents of the Ultimate Edition kit, and it's marked as being in stock, instead of the 1-2 week lead time now being shown of the Advanced Filtration bundle.

If it weren't for the fact that I got Something Fishy, which went out of stock right afterwards, I would consider cancelling my order to instead buy the Ultimate Edition kit. Instead I'll just hope that my order ended up on the earlier side of the rush, and that I don't have to wait 1-2 weeks for it to be shipped out. A different order that I placed the next day (mostly with some extra filament) was shipped out (or at least prepped for shipment) same-day.

RE: Question regarding delivery

In some respects, Prusa giving a starting ship date is a vast improvement over past announcements where they said "Shipments starting Q3 of 2026" for a product announced in 2024.

RE: Question regarding delivery

Well... when i cant deliver an product do my customer, i say to the customer i can send you the Artikel at: and camm Him an time. What i never would do ist say zo the customer delivery will stsrt on 27, then after he buy charge directly the money frim his credit card and say then - Well, i send you the thing you bought maybe in one week, maybe two, and right now i give him exactly no delivery time. After he payd already. I am simply not happy with that. I hope i dont have to wait more than two weeks. The two weeks i wait bit like i said i need more machines. When prusa is not able to deliver i simple have to choose an company which is able too. I really wanted to try this Maschine, but yeah, then it simply shouldnt be.

RE: Question regarding delivery

What I really hate it getting charged for something that doesn't ship for months. I'm essentially giving the business an interest free loan.

RE: Question regarding delivery

FYI, my order (a Core One kit + some small stuff), ordered on the 17th of November (a day before the release of the Core One+), just shipped.

At first, the estimated shipping time frame was between 23-29 November. However, this was soon updated to 1-7 December due to the Core One+ update. A couple of days ago the shipping time frame was replaced by a link to the aforementioned generic shipping info page.

In my case the updated shipping time frame of 1-7 December proved to be correct. I hope to receive the kit before the weekend, though in my experience the courier services can be somewhat overwhelmed in this time of year. All in all I'm glad to receive the updated version without having to intervene and in quite a timely fashion.

RE: Question regarding delivery

I ordered the Core One+ on the 20th, so hoping I get a shipping notice in the next 2-3 days. I have not seen an estimated shipping time though other than the standard "Shipping will begin Nov 27th".

But Ultimate Edition (both kit and assembled) are out of Black Friday offer. BF discount, freebies and free shipping made a difference in price for almost the same items.

RE: Question regarding delivery

Got mine today.

Ordered 20 november.

A beast to carry up the stairs!

Thought FedEx was Door-to-Door.

My MK3S+ kit went like a charm,

MK4 kit problems with Y-axis calibration.

What might Core One+ bring?

Looking forward to the challenge!

Regards

Herb

The Shipping information page reflects the lead time for new orders, not for existing ones. The previous lead time *should* still apply to old orders placed before the latest page update, unless new delays have appeared.

RE: Question regarding delivery

Hm - it Shows me this whem i get to my order. There i will be directed to the Information Page where this information is Shown.  But what should i make i have to wait, even if i am not happy with it 🙂  at least one important part for me is anyway not available this year, the indx upgrade, an lot of my prints use at least two colors. I know there is the mmu3 - but i run the printers for Business. With the ams, i can easy replace filament spools in less than 5 seconds....  this is cant wirh the mmu due to the Findling with the buffer. With 20 printers running 24/7 i have often change spools 🙂 When i Look at the System the indx shouldnt have this issue.
