When i received my Mk4s conversion kit, the cable that connects the NFC board to the main board was missing.

Didn't notice until I got to that part of the assembly, which is the last part of the build.

Sent Prusa a mail about it and got asked to take pictures of the empty zip bags the parts came in. Sent them the pictures and then got asked to take pictures of the printer. Did that as well and got asked to remove the cover that contains the NFC card and take pictures of that as well.

Gave up att that point since I won't use the NFC tag anyway.... But really frustrating! What does those pictures even matter?! What am I suppose to show them? Could as well just removed the cable and snap a picture of it after that if they thought I was lying about it and trying to get a spare cable or something....

At least will get one with the core one conversion kit now.

Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident; there's a system behind it to ward off claims and save costs.

In my case, I had a squeaking fan in the PSU of my MK4 during the statutory warranty period (in the EU).

When I requested a repair, support demanded to send a video of the fan in which the noise was clearly audible.

I was asked to open the PSU and twist and turn the fan.

It's outrageous and pure harassment!

Normally, within the timeframe in question, you would receive the replacement part immediately and without any further action.

Prusa would be well advised to work on its customer focus and comply with its EU legal obligations.

Under these circumstances, I decided not to continue arguing with the support staff and instead found a replacement.
