Really? I tried but it changed nothing on the noise even if values were changed.
i found a solution.... i buy the accelator... install... check and measures are changed... and the printer noise is away...

Are your belts tensioned to the nominal 85 Hz? If so, a major deviation from the standard input shaper parameters would come as a surprise.

i change 1upm after some prints and for adjustiment at the beginning...
In the printer was EI xxx and it is changed to MZV

Prusa Store ... accelerator Board... the hole in the middle is for the cable 🙂 do you need the video ?

Prusa Store ... accelerator Board...
It might help if you call it an "accelerometer"? 🙂
It would be neat if 20 bucks would buy you an accelerator which makes the prints faster. But I'll settle for a gadget which can measure acceleration instead...
RE: Prusa Core One not usable inhouse... Sorry, but the sound was to intensiv
I agree, I was shocked how loud the printer is... I got it assembled I can't use it at 100%, even at lower speeds. it literally sings to me...
Gonna have to check the tension of the belts, but currently its printing and I wont stop it ... but jesus, I come from the mk3s+, I'm really sad right now
Gonna order the accelerometer board as well, but otherwise this is a no go for me...

From another topic on the forum. The phase stepping is in the firmware, but it is hidden as it isn't working 100% to their satisfaction yet. But some people have been able to run it and seen some improvements.
RE: Prusa Core One not usable inhouse... Sorry, but the sound was to intensiv
I would call support. Mine is fine.
I have now banished my Prusa Core One to the cold garage. Unfortunately, you can't run it in the house.
Despite the marble plate and squash balls, the noise when you print is so intense that you can't use it indoors.
I also have the feeling that too cheap drivers have been installed, it makes music like printers from 5-6 years ago where you thought the printers spoke when printing.
Too bad about the money for the printer.
Really, if someone is thinking about this, they must have a warehouse or garage. You can't use it indoors with firmware 3.30.
Since no new firmware came today, only for the MK series, I assume that this printer is simply to be sold without first support. The firmware is a beta and not a release... Too bad...
My MK4s has printed here day & night without hearing anything. It was simply the best printer ever... It's coming back here now.

RE:
Mine Core One with the structural profile is barely noticeable. It’s quieter than the MK4 was. The speed profile is a bit loud, but not too much.

I would love to agree, but mine does wIIIIIUUU wIIIIIIUUUU wIIIIIUUUUU when doing XY at the same time, on speed profile and on the structual profile
RE:
since I cant edit the previous post, this is how mine sounds like,
closeup
further away, from my desk
the fan sounds louder from upclose in the video, but all the humming and movement, maybe my ears just cant stand core xy printer sounds, I had no issues with the mk3s sounds or the A1 mini
RE: Prusa Core One not usable inhouse... Sorry, but the sound was to intensiv
sorry me again, so here is a even comparison video:
its connected to one movement and I'm using the structural profile and tuned the belts (they where at 105hz) (this is a factory assembled machine)
gonna contact support later

My kit Core One does something similar at some very specific speeds and directions. Tuning slightly faster/slower gets rid of them and I'm not sure what's resonating in these moments.
What I did was printing a big circle, vase mode, 100 mm/s speed and then manually adjusting the print speed from minimum to maximum, writing down the resonating speeds. 50-65 mm/s and around 80 mm/s are the worst.
RE:
Oh my god. What is that?!? Do you have an anti-thief siren in it?
This is my Core One (from conversion kit) with Speed profile
RE: Prusa Core One not usable inhouse... Sorry, but the sound was to intensiv
That is horrible and nothing like what I am hearing.

yeah, spent 3 hours with customer care, I'm returning it, have fun with your coreOnes 🙂 I stay with my a1 mini for now
RE:
Something similar for mine, at different speeds, you have this annoying resonance, as i said somewhere else, im pretty sure its crappy motors, if i touch my motors during the "loud" moves, i can feel them vibrate quite a lot.
Here what mine sounds like:
You can see, at this speed, it is in the pure x and y direction, not at 45degrees. But in other speeds, its the other way around (only 45deg)
RE: Prusa Core One not usable inhouse... Sorry, but the sound was to intensiv
My A1 mini is 3x as loud as the Core One. Odd.
