Printer troubleshooting

Printer purchased in October, recently started having issues printing.  Benchy reprinted to attempt to diagnose. Using Sunlu PLA the internal boat and roof is stringy. Roof is not solid. Switched to unopened Prusa PLA. Print internal was stringy but not as bad, stopped the print at 20%.

Observations:

z-axis makes a shutter noise. Applied lubricant to lead screws and smooth rods

filament extruder light clicking noise, blew out with air.

Noticed nozzle temp 235, seems a little high.

RE: Printer troubleshooting

You can learn a lot about different filaments by printing the temp towers. I find 235 a little too hot for Prusa PLA orange. Try a temp tower to check.
