PID tuning caused thermal runaway with 6.4.0-alpha

M303 succeeded which is 150C default, tried M303 S250 which succeeded as well the first time but then after the heat block cooled ran it again and got the following: PID Autotune failed! Temperature too high. I can see this JIRA BFW-7568 Add option to calibrate HotEnd PID is linked to bug [BUG] Thermal runaway #4827 I can see the 6.4.0-RC tag has already been created so will give that a try when ready. Will file a bug in GitHub.

As a follow up, it seems one has to wait for the heat block to cool down to below 45C before running PID. If not, a second PID run will fail.
