@TeamD3dp, you seem to be missing my point: I was calculating with delays due to previous orders (I started with an mk3, upgraded to 3S, sold it and bought an mk4 kit). My problem is the absolutely random behaviour (single batches, separated queues for old and new display, extra queue for orders with multiple items, no batches and queues anymore) and, inside that, the delivery date kept changing back and forth by 30 days and more and did that at least 5 times so far.
I do not have any "fear" of not getting my items, I am simply rather annoyed of being treated like this with zero personal communication (and emails are very cheap). Trying to plan to be available for the delivery of the package (another long story but off-topic) is impossible with this way of doing things and my cal is not that flexible.

It is not about when we placed orders, it is all about sellers attitude. I know that there are peoples ordering sooner than me, but I really don´t understand, why my order is postponed for 6 times (and my order of MMU3 upgrade for CoreOne is postponed even for 13 times!!) and all WITHOUT any explanation. And one word more - if I look at Maydy´s table , I can see how Prusa adheres to sequence of orders.

How early on Jan 31 did you place your order? For reference, mine JUST shipped this week and I placed my order just 45 minutes after ordering opened. It could be that the orders being shipped in front of you were simply placed first. Prusa's timeline waffling is unnecessarily fickle, for sure, but if it's causing you emotional strain, you could simply set a reminder every week or two to check status and your angst might be reduced significantly. 😅

Well, here we go again.
My order was expected to ship on 6/18/2025 then, moved to Expected to ship between 7/7/2025 and 7/13/2025 then, it was back to Expected to ship between 6/16/2025 and 6/22/2025.
Today it now says Expected to ship between 6/19/2025 and 6/25/2025. It pushed out 3 more days.

Mine did the same thing. It first jumped to late next month, then back to early June, then added one day to estimates shipping range. And then it shipped within that last range. Let's hope yours follows the same pattern. 🙂

I had added trapezoid nuts and linear bearings since those are point of wear items and I’ve used the MK4S a lot. They were in stock, initially, so I didn’t expect them to delay the order. Now, trapezoid nuts are out of stock. I don’t really care to wait in line for chat to tell me they’ll be ready when they’re ready. 😏

Yesterday my order went from beginning 8.6. to 10.6. and today it's 13.6.-19.6. so they keep pushing the date forward. Wonder if they actually will ever send the package. So maybe on 13.6. they will push it forward to next week.
This new "no batch number anymore" is not better then the old system.

And my order is now - again - postponed to " shipping expected from 9.6. to 16.6." of course withou any explanation.My order is " in progress" from 5th of june, so now it is nearly 1 week. Bad thing is, when order is in progress I cannot cancel it. I have canceled all my other orders in prusa shop and this conversion kit will be my last here. Maybe Prusas printers are very good, but this customer access is for me unacceptable.

Mine has taken a blistering pace to California, and is only about 10 miles from me already, after being shipped on Monday. Scheduled delivery isn't until Friday, but it's close enough I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up a day early.

Mine has been pushed back for over two months now. Originally said it would ship sometime around 6/25 and now I am seeing an estimate of 8/7 to 8/13. Not sure how when I ordered on 5/29 that a 5 to 6 week lead time is actually much more like 10 to 12 week lead time.

Most of people here made their orders at 31.01.2025 and they are still waiting so good luck with your order mate.

I think I wont need luck, just going to cancel it. Its a sad reality but Prusa cant keep up with the Chinese companies like Bambu, Elgoo, and Creality in terms of getting product to the market. I still have seen very few examples of regular people with the printer aside from content creators and a small amount of lucky people.
Waiting this long for an item I have already paid for is pretty useless. I had to be that person but for the price I could just get an Elegoo CC that has nearly all the same features as this.

I understand how you are feeling, as I have been there. When they pushed my shipping estimate out by almost a month, I also started to consider canceling. Then the next day I got shipping notice. We have seen several people, including myself, post they got shipping notices long before the estimated shipping dates. The estimation are basically pointless.
And I fully agree there is a serious lack of communication and information. It would, I think, help people understand if they were to tell us how many orders they received. Like the first day and per week after that, that would give us some idea of the order of magnitude they are dealing with. How many orders a day are they shipping, to get an indication as to how fast they are completing the orders.

Ended up canceling and opted for the MMU3 kit since I have an Elegoo CC on the way as well. Will stack nicely with my MK3S+ and my MK4S

I’m also old xlcd ordered within 2 hours. I was given a tracking number 6 days ago but it’s not actually been handed over to the courier. Has yours moved beyond getting a tracking number?

Yes, mine was picked up by FedEx and has already departed the FedEx facility. Waiting for the tracking to update to get a delivery date.
