Looks the sending order is a sort of lottery. Batch 4 oreder from 7. february with new xLCD is now delivered, batch 3 order from 31. january with new xLCD is still NEW and outlook to the future is - 22 of july. Soothing I know what´s waiting for me....

Bambulab doesn't give a shit about your side business. And once again you can use it in offline mode, If you don’t know how to use what you buy, that’s your problem… but don’t go around spreading bullshit about Bambu Lab even I get that it's "normal" for a Prusa fanboy.

If you are printing Benches, you are wasting your printer. I print high powered rocket parts as a side business. I have made thousands. I don't want my designs stolen.
Bambulab doesn't give a shit about you printing 3d benchy.
The way Prusa is handling this situation is ridiculous and shows how unprofessional they are.You should focus on these issues instead of criticizing other players and users. And yes, you can print your secret projects offline even with Bambulab... or you can go back to the Stone Age with the CoreOne, spend 40 bucks on a crappy camera, and wait months to get it — all without spaghetti detection and other features that are now standard on many other printers.
Good luck with Bambu. I am sure you will be happy as long as you don't mind sending your designs to China.
After an hour of sitting in chat waiting at 2 min till my turn, Ivan confirmed that the order I placed within the first hour for a upgrade with new lcd and nothing else was CORRECTLY changed from batch 2 to batch 6 and offered no accommodation or solutions. I have spent thousand of dollars with Prusa, and after being burnt on both the XL order I placed day one and this CoreOne upgrade, I am done with Prusa. I have spend thousands of dollars supporting this company and after 2 back to back disastrous launches and no information, I'm out. I just cancelled 2 orders and will be switching to Bambu. Best luck to the rest of you, maybe someone will be bumped into my spot in July...

Only difference should be the LCD holder back plate due to the connector being in a different place. Worst case, you can probably cut out a section with a Stanley knife.
I'm now in a quandary too. I originally ordered the kit for the new LCD, then changed the order to the old LCD when I realised. Now Prusa paperwork says they have shipped the kit for the new LCD.
Who knows what is on the way. I'll just have to deal with it after arrival. How difficult can it be to convert it?

If you are upset about how Prusa handled this, fine, you have many options.
ie. don’t buy from them anymore, or ask for a refund.
But please stop this nonsense of “BambuLab is better” or “Prusa is better.”
Sometimes, when I read those posts, I feel like I’m in a kindergarten.

In my case I have still my order flagged at "batch 9, shipping jul 9th" even though there is no batch 9 anymore and the shipping dates for batch 6 is Jul 21...
Add to that the "shipping dates are for the base product only", I have the camera and filtration kit in the order as well, so I really don't know when to expect my order to ship...
Ok, so it seems the batching system and shipping table is complete nonsense right now, as I just got a an email my order has shipped, tracking numbers included. And my order info on the site also says shipped.
So this is a Jan 31st order in the first 14 minutes. Two conversion kits, two camera's and two advanced filters.
I was also changed form batch1 to batch 5 today. Ordered day 1 in the first 14 minutes. This is getting ridiculous.

Mine is the same, changed from 22nd May batch 3 to 21st July batch 6. with no notification whatsoever. No happy with Prusa, they are quick enough to take your money (ordered 31st January).

An friend of mine, who ordered an Assembled version 2 months later then I've ordered my conversion kit will receive his printer earlier then me if that shipping table is correct.
Meanwhile when I order an Core one assembled version, it gets shipped in 1-2 weeks according to the shipping table, 3D jake and 123 3D
This is really frustrating, some clear communication from Prusa would be nice. Instead everyones batchnumber has been moved again in an unlogical way.

Next time I'd probably just order when the shipping schedule is more acceptable. It seems there is no point in ordering early as Prusa sit on your money for months before shipping anyways - so may as well keep your money and order when the first wave has ended and shipping times are more reasonable.
So, for example, it's either a matter of ordering in Feb and being without your money or item, until taking delivery July, at which point shipping schedules have dropped, so you could order in July and wait 2-3 weeks for shipping later the same month or early August!
I'd save the frustration and choose the latter next time!

Yes, now we have to wait, but I hope, my order will be drawn for shipping sooner than in july. I only want to know, how they are using our orders. Chating with support is frustrating, thea are not able to answer anything about delay in distribution.

Two days ago, when this whole “shipping mayhem” began, I tried chatting with them to understand how long my order would be delayed.
The guy who I talked to told me, several times, that my order would be pushed back two weeks because of BuddyCamera issues.
My order was in batch 4 and had been set to ship around 30 May, so with a quick (and pessimistic) calculation, the new date looked like 15 June.
Spoiler alert: that wasn’t true; Now I’m in batch 5, which starts on 23 June. 😱
Naturally, I’m frustrated with how this has been handled. I bought on day one, when the conversion kit was supposed to launch in March. I accepted the slip to April, then got moved to late May (I only managed to order at about 21:45 CEST) and now it’s another three-week wait.
Will I buy from Prusa again? Probably, because their printers are well engineered.
Will I buy on day one? Definitely not.
I’ll wait until the shipping times stabilize, just as I did with my MK4 and MK4S upgrades.

Yes you absolutly right. I also never buy again on Day 1. It is to frustrating. I watched every day in the orders if something is going on here, like a child at christmas. Absolutely disappointed. It was the same by my mk4 and mk4s upgrade. Yes i am Prusa Fanboy. The only order who has worked right was Mk3S+ 10Y Anniversery Ed + Mk4 Kit later order. And normal things like Filament and so on. Also a defective xBuddy board was changed by support without any problems.

Well at least you have „only” 3 more weekend to wait. I made my order just for core one conversion kit new style LCD on day one(31.01.25) and I was in batch3 which should be shipping since last week and now they dropped me into batch6 and tells me that I have to wait several more weeks. Just tell me why it is like that? Why they are prioritising some people somehow and others have to wait because of something.
I ordered camera with different order and I just got it witchin 3 weeks as they said.
I hope it is just some kind of system issues and my conversion kit will arrive soon. One thing that I know for now is that I will for sure not spend more money on them anymore. It is just unfunny joke. I understand a lot of things but this is just too much. Something may happen, something may be delayed once - I get it but changing delivery dates like 5 time is just too much for me.
