I did print a lot of PCBlend, PCCF, PETG, with a few ASA objects and sofar no strange odors...

I honestly don’t know, but I would hope there would be no odor. I also own hepa carbon filters for the home and they smell perfectly fine so I don’t see why this one smells weird.

I’ve not got the filter (but I was thinking about it) and I’m no expert but surely a filter designed to capture the fumes from melting plastic smelling of plastic is not unexpected?

I have less than 100 hours using the Core One Adv. Filtration system. I never bothered to try and smell it, but I did, and it smells a little weird. I wanted to verify it wasn't the fan or housing so I removed the filter and it smelled normal. I don't think HEPA carbon filters should smell like that. Anyone else know if this is normal? It smells a like old plastic, not like printing fumes, but like if you open up an old plastic bag and smell the air inside.
