FedEx shipping time to the US
In theory, my Core One kit will be shipped between July 20 and 26th. If the shipping time is short - two or three days - I'll owe the current 20% tariff. If it arrives in the US on Aug 1 or thereafter, I'll owe 30% tariff. How long has it usually taken for Prusa items to arrive in the US after they're shipped?

For my MK4S -> Core One upgrade kit FedEx was notified that the shipment was ready for pick up on 6/23 and it was delivered to me in WA state on 6/30.

Yeah, I'm a little surprised how long FedEx has been taking recently. I got all of my earlier Prusa shipments within a day of shipping....

Ouch. That leaves a five day window to receive it at the lower tariff rate. With luck maybe they'll get this resolved before Aug 1. Before the blow up last week it sounded like the negotiations were going well and it was looking like the EU tariff was going to be 10%. If it can't be in the US before July 31, I wonder if it would be worthwhile to ask to delay the order until the negotiations are finalized and then have Prusa ship it.

For me, it took about a week total, maybe 7 business days. It primarily got stuck in Belguim for a good 4 days then Oakland for 3 days otw to Southern California.
If your package ends up in Belgium, expect at least a few days of it sitting around. Apparently if your package is not priority it will sit there until there is space on the plane. You may have to contact them to get things moving along--I ended up using the UK customer service portal during their business hours to use the live chat feature. You basically type gibberish out until the bot asks if you would like to connect to an agent.
As for when it arrives in the US, it may take a day or two or three for customs clearance.

I'm in Colorado, but have started using the international priority (2-3 day) shipping option. In most cases, it was only slightly more than the economy and I have had significantly better shipping times using that service. Belgium is an issue, and I have had the pleasure of going through it every time. That said, as long as it doesn't hit Belgium on a Friday or the weekend, upgrading the shipping seems to motivate Belgium as well. Hope you are able to get it through in time.

Well, the estimated shipping window was July 20-26 and it shipped on Tuesday July 22. The FedEx projection for arrival is July 28 before 22:00
