Disabling "absorb heat" for low bed temp filaments

Is this really necessary for TPU, PLA or PETG? I get that this gives time to allow for the bed to be at a uniform temperature so that thermal expansion doesn't cause adhesion issues later (like the part popping off the plate). I never needed this for the MK4S and especially now that I'm using the Cryo plate.  I certainly understand why this is needed for PA/PC/ASA etc.

{if filament_type[initial_tool] !~ /.*(FLEX|PLA|PETG).*/}
G29 G ; absorb heat
{endif}
